Correction:  James Booth never appeared in Rattle of a Simple Man!

Tim Wood's letter about meeting Paula Booth has been disconfirmed by Paula Booth, who denies meeting Wood and denies James was in Rattle.  I apologize for the error and any inconvenience it may have caused.
